The rough is a handmade representation of a product, more or less detailed.

Designers excel in the art of representing a concept quickly and well, during a meeting for example. This is a skill I was able to develop during the design courses of the EDIM (Ergonomics, Design and Mechanical Engineering) course at the UTBM. It is very useful to be able to represent an idea in a few strokes of pencils and a few colours.

The tools used for the drawings below, made in Spring 2018, are:

• Paper pencil

• Pro- Markers (alcohol-based ink markers)

• Watercolour pencils 

• Parrots (ruler for drawing curved lines)
